Agentic Delivery Model

AI agents build.
You decide.

AgentiQ turns a team of AI agents into a delivery team you can trust. Agents write the code and tests, an AI lead reviews every change, and nothing ships until a person approves it. One dashboard shows it all.

Measured, not promised

From the first real project built this way

24%of all AI-written output came from the agent team
32%less writing for the AI lead, freed for review and testing
17agent runs, every one reviewed before it merged
3defects caught in review in a single day, before release

Counted from the token and run records of one production-grade internal portal over three days. Tracking started partway through, so the agents' real share was higher.

How it works

Five steps, with a person in charge of every one that matters

  1. Human in the loop

You set the goals and priorities and answer the decisions only a person can make.

  2. AI lead

Claude plans each task, reviews every change and tests it against the real system.

  3. AI build team

Qwen agents write the code and tests, several tasks at once, each in its own space.

  4. Safe test lab

The full app runs end to end in real browser tests, apart from anything live.

Anything not right goes back to the build team with exact notes, and the review runs again.

What you get

A way of working, packaged so it runs on day one

One dashboard

Every project, its milestones, which agent is working on what right now, AI usage per project, and the decisions waiting for you.

The playbook

Roles, the milestone loop, how to write tasks agents get right first time, the review checklist and the known traps.

Starter kit

One setup script prepares a Windows laptop: tools, agents, keys kept out of files, and a shortcut that opens your first project.

Project template

Every new project starts with a roadmap, a decision log and agent task files, so planning starts in minutes.

Guardrails built in

  • Agents never see passwords, keys or certificates.
  • Agents never commit or push; the AI lead merges after review.
  • Each agent runs only an allowed list of commands.
  • Nothing is deployed without your approval.
  • Every decision is logged with its date and never asked twice.
  • Projects are archived, never deleted.

Questions

What people ask first

Do I need my own AI accounts?

Yes. AgentiQ runs on your own Claude Code and Qwen Cloud accounts, so your code and usage stay under your control and on your bill.

Is my code safe?

Everything runs on your own laptop. Agents work in their own folder, cannot read secrets, cannot push, and only run commands from an allowed list. A person approves every release.

What if an agent gets something wrong?

That is what the review step is for. The AI lead reads every change, runs the tests and checks the real system. Anything wrong goes back with exact notes before it can merge.

Which technologies does it support?

The template starts with .NET, React and PostgreSQL in Docker. The way of working fits any stack; you change the template once.

How big a team do I need?

One person can run it. Teams use the dashboard to see every project, every agent and every decision in one place.
